Client Relationship Manager
Allison has been immersed in the insurance industry since 2010 and brings over a decade of experience to her role as Client Relationship Manager at iinsure. As a natural leader, she oversees the iinsure team, working collaboratively to ensure clients receive exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
Allison’s primary focus is building and maintaining strong client relationships. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique needs, providing personalised advice and ensuring their coverage grows alongside their business. With a proactive approach, Allison and her team regularly check in with clients to ensure they feel valued and supported.
When she’s not managing client relationships or supporting her team, Allison enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves walking her dog, catching up on funny movies, and unwinding after a busy day. Friendly and approachable, Allison is always ready to help her clients and team thrive.
Michael Psarros
Account Broker
Michael has been part of the iinsure team for over three years, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to his role as an Account Broker in the SME team. Working closely with Allison, Michael helps guide and support the team of brokers while playing a key role in managing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. From mentoring brokers to reviewing client communications, Michael is dedicated to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service.
Michael also loves helping clients expand their coverage, resolving concerns, and tackling complex cases to ensure they feel confident and satisfied. His focus on efficiency and teamwork ensures the SME team stays on track and provides top-tier service.
Outside of work, Michael is all about balance. He enjoys going to the gym, maintaining a healthy diet to complement his training, and unwinding with video games or beach walks. A passionate car enthusiast, he’s also in the process of building his very own race car.
Ethan Menadue
Account Broker
Ethan brings over three years of hands-on experience in the insurance industry and has a natural passion for helping people. Having prior experience in claims, Ethan played a pivotal role in supporting clients during difficult times, and now uses his experience to provide insurance solutions to clients .
Ethan takes pride in understanding each client’s situation, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and protected.
Having completed his Diploma in Insurance Broking, Ethan is dedicated to growing his expertise and building a long-term career in the industry. His step up as an Account Broker cements him as an important part of iinsure’s next generation of insurance professionals.
Outside the office, Ethan is a passionate sports enthusiast, whether it’s football, AFL, or cricket, he’s always got a game on his radar. He’s also a car lover and enjoys spending downtime exploring his interests, relaxing with family and friends, and staying active.
